"No Questions Asked 30 Days Return Policy!"
When you buy from us, we strive to give you a great online shopping experience to make you completely satisfied, each time you shop at silvermushrooms.com. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the goods, you can exchange or ask for refund within a period of 30 days, from the date of receipt.
However, you must appreciate that the return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and fulfill the following conditions:
• Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Products must have all tags attached.
How does it work?
To return a product you need to follow these steps:
1. Put the product in its original packaging
2. Insert the copy of the original invoice
3. Seal the package properly. Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
4. Send it to the following address

To send the product, you can:
1. Schedule a reverse pickup wherein the product would be picked up by a courier person, at our cost.
2. Return the product through any courier service. In case you return a product at your cost, we would give you a Gift Coupon of 100 rupees to compensate for the cost incurred.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). You would be called and our executive would ask you if you want a refund voucher or you want the amount back.
If you want a voucher, the same would be sent to you online within 24 hours and you can use it to purchase another product on silvermushrooms.com. If you want the amount back, we will refund the money by A/c Payee Cheque only on the registered Member Name who has placed the order.
Still before returning, please take time to read our return policy carefully. You are recommended to contact our after-sale Customer Support Service at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning an item and they will give your some useful advice. Once received by us, you can either ask for a cash refund, or a refund voucher.
Returns in case of Wrong / Damaged Item(s) being sent to you.
If we send wrong item(s) to you or you receive the damaged stuff, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.
If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you may have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.
We mean what we commit!
Please note that some special rules for promotional offers may override our 30 Day Returns Policy.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Credit Voucher.
If your product has been shipped and is yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds for prepaid Orders will be processed once the shipment returns to our Warehouse.

Have you ordered a size too small or too big?
Subject to the availability, we will replace it for you but you will have to follow the process outlined in the Return Policy and place a new order on silvermushrooms.com.
This return policy is only for customers in India and we won’t be able to provide exchange, returns or refunds to our international customers due to prohibitive shipping costs.
